Our work brings together leadership development, peacebuilding, life skills, coaching and counselling, women and girls’ empowerment, youth development, and education and skills initiatives. Peace and Leadership Academy

Our flagship initiative develops leaders who understand that peace is not simply the absence of conflict. It is a capability built through dialogue, empathy, ethical leadership and constructive action.

Through the Peace Ambassadors Programme and Peace Clubs in schools and communities, we help turn peacebuilding principles into practical everyday leadership.
